PEOPLE

Founder | President

Martin Ostermann founded Prediam Partners in Dubai in 2013 and incorporated Prediam LLC based in Houston, TX, in 2017. Prediam, has successfully executed hotel and related real estate transactions in excess of $10bn globally.

With nearly 30 years of experience in hospitality and related industries, Martin’s background extends to hotel management, sales and marketing, public relations, hotel development and investments. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Hospitality Leadership from the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston in Texas, USA.

During the course of his professional career, Martin has worked with Corinthia Hotels International, Melia Hotels International, Four Seasons, Hilton, Marriott, Best Western and PKF. He continues to extend his professional reach by connecting the dots for his selective trusted global network of capital and development partners.
