Founder | President
Martin Ostermann, brings over 30 years of expertise in the global hospitality and real estate industries. Since establishing Prediam Partners in Dubai in 2013 and expanding with Prediam LLC in Houston, Texas, in 2017, Martin has successfully led the execution of over $10 billion in hotel and real estate transactions worldwide.
With a strong foundation in hotel management, sales and marketing, public relations, and development, Martin’s core capability lies in his ability to structure and execute complex, high-impact projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Hospitality Leadership from the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston.
Martin's background and relationships with prestigious hotel operators include Chedi, Rosewood, Corinthia, Melia, Four Seasons, Hilton, Marriott among others, along with experience at PKF Capital Markets and Consulting. His success is further amplified by strong global relationships with family offices and a vast network of capital and development partners.
Today, Martin continues to leverage his deep industry knowledge and strategic relationships to drive innovative projects, making him a trusted leader in the hospitality and real estate sectors.
